Lathe Buffing System

• The wood working buffing mandrel contains mandrel rod x1, spacers x2, washers x6, hex nut x3, set of 3 buffing wheels.
• #2MT rod L: 16”

• White fine cotton wheel thick: 1-1/4"(60ply), warp/weft: 86/73

• The 3-Step lathe buffing mandrel one end is machined to a #2 Morse Taper to fit in the head stock of your lathe, the other end is machined to accept the tail stock.
• The #2MT mandrel kit requires a lathe with a minimum of 1/2 HP.
• For best results, suggest pre-treat your workpiece with oil prior to buffing.
• Designed for mounting on your lathe for 3-step buffing the wood work pieces from coarse to fine in the same time, no need frequently change buffing wheels just like grinder buffer.
• The 8 inch polishing wheel kit is designed for buffing polishing acrylic, plastic, wood, alloy, brass, equipment, various mold, ironware, other metal surfaces, etc. Make your polished goods smoother and shinier.
• The 90 ply fine wheel is made with High-grade cotton cloth, fabric texture is tight and yarn is durable than others , the 60 ply wheel is made with white fine cotton, the 40ply flannel wheel is soft enough, whole buffing kit can fulfill your variation polishing purpose.
